1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- A wrong item was delivered
- There is a size mismatch
- Product is unused and in original condition
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
- An unboxing video (without cuts/pauses) is required as proof
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Items without original tags
- Products returned after 3 days
- Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective)
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be Credited within 7-10 working days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be issued through bank transfer/UPI
5. Replacement / Exchange Delivery Timeline
Replacement or exchange products will be delivered within 7–10 days from the date the request is approved.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.
- If the product delivered was defective or wrong, return shipping is free.
